Stay mobile – as long as it is still easy.

The hip is stiff in the morning before the first coffee arrives. The knee reports to the office on the stairs. The shoulder on the first hole. Lots of little things you put away — until at some point the radius of action becomes noticeably narrower.

What we do for you.

We take our time and thoroughly check in which state your joints really are – imaging, in movement, in interaction with muscles, weight and load. This results in a clear assessment: where do you stand today, what can be achieved conservatively, and at what point would an intervention be the better way.

During our stay, we work with what characterizes Marianowicz’s conservative method: targeted, medically dosed movement, manual therapy, modern pain therapy and procedures such as autologous therapy or shock waves. In addition, the levers that many underestimate – weight, nutrition, load in everyday life. If an intervention makes sense in the end, we mediate to a specialist from the network, the Dr. Marianowicz has been trusted for decades.

This is not a test. If you find yourself in several sentences, it is worth the quiet specialist look – before the joints determine the pace of your life.

Typical Questions and Observations

These indications are not self-diagnosis. They help to arrange the personal concern for a specialist discussion.

  • In the morning, your joints need a moment before they join.
  • In your favorite sport, you hold back earlier than two years ago.
  • You inconspicuously avoid certain movements, paths, stairs.
  • "arthritis" is in the last finding, and no one had time to classify it.
  • An artificial joint has been talked about - and you are insecure.
  • You want to be able to do what is important to you – as long as possible.

Why people who wear a lot?

Who is used to getting a second opinion before important decisions, rarely applies this to their own joint. It goes fast because the pain is pressing. The result: a finding, a recommendation, a decision — without the calm overall picture that the thing deserved.

is exactly what we have. A thorough, specialist assessment that sees your joint related — with muscles, weight, load, everyday life. This results in a recommendation with which you calmly decide what follows next.

Quietly.

At re:NOW you have the time and peace that a joint deserves. Dr. Marianowicz and his team thoroughly examine, understand and discuss the possibilities with you – without haste and without a decision having to be made immediately.

What can be treated conservatively, we treat here – with medically dosed movement, manual and physical therapy, modern procedures such as autologous therapy and targeted pain treatment. If an intervention is the better way, so will it — with a specialist from Dr’s network. Marianowicz, with preparation and aftercare with us.

Frequent Questions

Good to
know.

Does osteoarthritis mean that I need an artificial joint at some point?

Not necessarily. Although osteoarthritis is not curable, its course can be significantly influenced. With the right combination of exercise, targeted therapy and modern conservative procedures, many people remain discomfortable and mobile for years – without or with significantly later joint replacement.

Should I spare myself or move with joint pain?

Usually move — properly dosed. Sparing aggravates osteoarthritis in the long term, because the cartilage is dependent on movement to be fed. The art lies in the right burden: demanding enough to strengthen, gentle enough not to harm. This is exactly what we medically agree on you.

What conservative options are there for osteoarthritis?

More than many think: targeted movement and strength therapy, manual procedures, anti-inflammatory treatment, modern approaches such as autologous therapy, weight and nutrition as decisive levers. Dr. Marianowicz has refined these conservative ways over decades – with the aim of maintaining mobility rather than prematurely replacing it.

Does anyone know I was there?

No. Discretion is the foundation. No guest lists, no external diagnosis, no more than fifteen guests at a time. Whoever is here is invisible.
