Your stay starts two to four weeks before your arrival at Kloster Beuerberg. In a personal personal consultation, with existing findings and selected basic data, we prepare the time together medically and organizationally.

in the Monastery
A rhythm that belongs to the monastery. Diagnosis, therapy, regulation, reflection — and enough time in between.
- Day 1: Arrival and arrival. They see the doctor and get to know the team.
- Days 2–3: Full health analysis. Thanks to the pre-analysis package, your therapy program starts from day 1 – because every day counts.
- days 4–10: Your individual therapy plan is intensified.
- Days 11–12: Anchoring, final interview, plan for afterwards.
- Daily: medical visit and personal daily routine.
- Always present: monastery kitchen, silence, community.

Beuerberg is located between Lake Starnberg and the Bavarian Pre-Alps – nestled in a landscape that is itself part of the therapy. Quiet meadows, clear air, the view of the mountains. And yet only a short drive away from Munich.

Before documents are sent or appointments are prepared, there is a confidential personal consultation. It is about your current situation, your expectations and the question of what you want to understand or shape differently after the twelve days. Uncertainties and limits can also be addressed openly.
The preliminary interview is not a remote diagnosis. It helps both sides to assess whether the medical refuge, the existing specialties and the planned period of time fit your request. If another treatment framework seems necessary, this is clearly and responsibly named.

A detailed medical questionnaire, existing medical reports, laboratory results, imaging and an up-to-date list of drugs give the team an initial overview. Relevant information is viewed in a structured manner so that investigations can be prepared and unnecessary duplications can be avoided as far as possible.
Depending on the personal question, the pre-welcome package can include initial basic data such as microbiome test, cortisol profile or blood pressure. Which survey actually makes sense is decided individually. Not every examination is required for every guest.
Personal wishes are part of the preparation.
A stay is easier if it is not necessary to talk about travel, nutrition, allergies, mobility, retreat or special requirements. Guest management bundles this information and remains responsive from the first contact until departure.
Discretion is also planned: preferred communication channels, accessibility and organizational details are coordinated so that you can arrive with as little effort as possible. On request, the team supports with transfer and travel planning to Beuerberg.

What documents should I provide?
Relevant current findings, medical reports, laboratory values, imaging and a complete list of drugs are helpful. What is needed, we discuss personally.
Do I have to do all the tests beforehand?
No. In advance, only data are collected that are useful for preparation and medical classification. Further diagnosis is carried out according to personal indication.
Can the journey be organized?
Guest management supports travel planning and transfer on request. Possibilities and details are individually coordinated before arrival.
What happens to my medical information?
Medical information is confidential and used only for preparation and treatment. Medical confidentiality and a data-saving approach apply of course.
